Where did Yazd Samin start?
Leading the way in industrial development of sustainable construction In today's world, success in developing new technologies depends not only on having up-to-date knowledge, but also on correct, principled and committed implementation. At Yazd Samin Construction Company, we have taken steps from the beginning with the belief that quality, responsibility and innovation are the three main pillars of any sustainable building.
The formation of Yazd Samin began with a belief in innovation; when we recognized the new 3D panel wall system (3D Panel) as a future-proof product for the construction industry at the Tehran International Construction Industry Exhibition in 1999. This recognition sparked a long-term and purposeful move to introduce this technology to executive bodies, engineers, and investors.
The result of these efforts was the construction of the first building with a load-bearing panel structure in Yazd Province for the Daneshghani Company, with the function of an industrial bakery; a project that marked the beginning of a serious transformation in the traditional view of construction in the region.

The path of growth and industrialization The company initially started its activities as a construction company, but in 2006, by adding a production department, it took a big step towards industrialization. That same year, with the launch of the first semi-automatic line for the production of 3D wall panel , a new path in the industrial construction process began for us. With the development of the market and the need for higher accuracy and capacity, the production line was upgraded to a fully automatic system in 2012. This trend continued in 2013 with the addition of a second fully automatic line to be able to respond to larger projects and higher standards.

Every human being has a unique fingerprint — a sign of individuality. And every signature is a witness to the presence of the one who leaves it behind. For years, I kept asking myself: How can one be both different and lasting? How can someone tie their name to an industry in a way that this connection remains in people’s minds? I have found the secret to lasting impact in a few core principles:

 • Being responsive
 • And being a pioneer
 I believe a building is a capital asset — a sanctuary of comfort and safety that its residents live with for years, maybe even decades. A lasting creation that stands even after the builder’s professional life comes to an end. That is the signature that remains. I, Navid Reza Mehrali, born in 1976 in Yazd, was raised in a family active in the construction industry. I hold a bachelor’s degree from Yazd University and have completed business management programs at the Industrial Management Organization. I believe that building is not just about creating a structure — it is about creating trust upon which generations will stand
