A 3D Panel is a lightweight prefabricated wall system consisting of a polystyrene (EPS) insulation core sandwiched between two steel wire meshes. After installation, the panel is coated by the layer of cementitious mortar (shotcrete) to provide final structural strength.
Panels are primarily categorized into two main types:
Panel thicknesses typically range from 5 to 15 centimeters, selected based on project requirements.
Partition panels are implemented in concrete structures and interior walls without tolerating structural weight , whereas Carrire panels are capable of tolerating vertical and horizontal building weight and are utilized as primary building walls.

The final weight of the wall after shotcrete implementation is bease on the thickness of the shotcrete layer and the type of panel , but , it ranges are between 50 to 70 kilograms per square meter on average
